David Brookes
David is a Founding Member and non-executive Director of Social Enterprise Network Victoria Ltd and a Director of Social Enterprise Australia, the national peak body co-designing and developing the Social Enterprise National Strategy (SENS).
David has been closely involved in the development of national social enterprise development initiatives in Australia since 2009. He was an inaugural Director of the Social Enterprise World Forum (SEWF) Community Interest Company (CIC) between July 2015 and October 2020.

Daniel Findley
Daniel Findley is a high-performing executive and Non-Executive Director with extensive expertise in strategic leadership for Local Government & not-for-profit, community-based organisations. He is known for driving growth and success in all areas of business, from refocusing leadership priorities to restructuring front-line services and programs.
Daniel is the CEO of Sparkways, a social enterprise working alongside our communities to ensure every child and young person is given every opportunity to reach their full potential.

Angela Middleton
Angela has a true passion for leadership with experience in guiding Sales, Operations, and Strategy teams in diverse financial services organisations.
Angela believes in bringing her whole self to work, leading with authenticity and accessibility. This approach has fostered higher team engagement, increased trust, and seamless collaboration. She is well known for her expertise in problem-solving, Angela is a skilled pinch hitter and has a remarkable ability to influence at all levels within organisations.

Peter Harrison
Peter is an experienced and dedicated General Manager of Education and Employment at AMES Australia. AMES Australia educates and services over 40,000 people annually, offering an extensive range of adult education, training, and employment programs to a diverse client community.
Peter was instrumental in implementing Jobactive Employment Services and was responsible of the delivery of all jobactive services in metropolitan Melbourne and western Sydney, making a significant impact on the lives of many individuals seeking employment opportunities.

Terri Mandler
Terri is an experienced NFP board member, global corporate and public sector executive leadership roles. Skilled in addressing contemporary workforce challenges, an advisor to Secretaries’ governance bodies, government departments and private sector CEOs.
Terri is change agent willing to question the status quo, using evidence and insight to set strategic direction, identify visionary opportunities and champion initiatives that deliver practical and measurable impact.

Loes Westerbeek-Veld
Loes is passionate about ESG/Sustainability, particularly Social Sustainability and a strong advocate of ensuring that communities and societies can thrive and continue to exist in a healthy, fair, and equal way.
